1. Returns
- You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

2. Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
- If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number.
- We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, sale items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
